Do you provide support on a time and materials basis?

We have found that "break-fix" support strategies cost our clients far more in real dollars and downtime than a managed service plan. Our strategy is to provide proactive maintenance which improves equipment uptime and efficiency and translates into cost savings. Because our flat fee service plans are based upon a proactive support strategy, we do not offer reactive or "break-fix" services.
